Nigar Farhad Accused of Misappropriating AZN 11,500 from a Citizen? – COMPLAINT
Woman Claims AID Group Failed to Deliver U.S. Visa Services After Receiving AZN 11,500
Leyla Mammadova, who purchased intermediary services from AID Group to help her children obtain U.S. education and work visas, has filed a complaint against the company. She alleges that the company failed to fulfill its promises and that discrepancies in the payment documents have raised additional concerns.
According to Sonxeber.az, Mammadova said she reached an agreement with AID Group to assist her children in obtaining U.S. visas for education and employment purposes. She claims that a company representative, Nigar Farhad, guaranteed that the visas would be secured. Trusting these assurances, she says she paid a total of AZN 11,500 for the service.
According to the complainant, despite making the payment, the promised service was never provided, and her children have still not received U.S. visas. She further alleges that, based on information she later obtained, no official visa application or related process had been initiated on their behalf.
Mammadova also stated that she repeatedly attempted to contact both the company and Nigar Farhad regarding the matter. However, she claims that her phone calls and messages went unanswered, and no clear explanation was provided about the status of the case.
The complainant further pointed to an inconsistency in the payment receipt. Although she says she paid AZN 11,500, the receipt reportedly lists the amount as AZN 10,240. She argues that this discrepancy raises serious questions about the accuracy of the company's payment records.
It should be noted that repeated attempts were made to obtain a response from the other party regarding these allegations. However, no comment was received by the time of publication.
