18-Year-Old Girl Poisoned After Drinking Acetic Acid in Aghdam

Poisoning incident reported in Aghdam district.

Faktxeber.az reports that the incident occurred in the Afətli village of the district. According to the information, 18-year-old Aytac Huseynova, born in 2008, accidentally drank acetic acid instead of water during the night.

Her family members immediately took the young woman to the Aghdam District Central Hospital. After receiving first aid, she was transferred to one of the hospitals in Baku for further treatment and medical supervision.

An investigation into the incident is underway.
