Attention: New Vehicle Bridges to Be Built

Demolition work has also begun on the vehicle bridge located at the 55th kilometer of the Baku–Alat–Gazakh–Georgia State Border Highway, in the Gobustan settlement, serving the opposite direction of traffic.

According to Azerbaijan's State Agency of Azerbaijan Automobile Roads (AAYDA), the decision to demolish and reconstruct this bridge, along with the bridges on the service roads on both sides of the highway, was made based on the results of detailed technical inspections.

As part of the project, the existing bridges will be demolished and replaced with new vehicle bridges that fully comply with modern engineering standards and safety requirements.

Earlier, AAYDA announced the completion of the construction of another new vehicle bridge in the Gobustan settlement.
