Washington’s Previous Military Intervention Policy Was Ineffective
US President Donald Trump made the remarks while addressing his supporters in Georgia.
“In the past, we would go in, bomb people and then leave. You know what that was? We destroyed lives, it cost us a fortune, it destroyed lives everywhere, and then we just left. What were we even doing? What were we engaged in?” the US president said.
Trump added that the United States had previously ignored the principle that “the winner takes all.”
